Review : Sunplay Powdery White Sunblock

As promised, today I will be doing a review about some products that I owned. I started to be more active in swimming this year. Swimming helps me destress a lot and I felt really calm after swimming. Well, early this year I swim a lot like almost every single day. But I stopped swimming after my classes start. Nevertheless, I get really dark. And trust me, it's not because of the sunlight only. Chlorine is one of the major factor that causes skin to be darker. Even if you swim at night, you will still be a tad bit darker. At that time, I was so dark that my current foundation at that time make me looked gray. I had a sunblock for swimming and I need another for outdoor whenever I'm under the sun.

I bought this in Watsons. Actually I wanted to buy the other one in red and orange where they usually advertise. But I saw this and I though the packaging was pretty with the sakura flower and all so I bought this. The SPF isn't as high as the other one but this product claim to whiten and making skin look a bit fairer. So I though that's what I need - to be fairer and let me tell you I'm glad I bought this.

This is what the sunblock looks like. It is in liquid form and it is very watery. At first I thought it will leave some white residue afterwards but after some blending, the sunblock was completely gone and it was so easy to use it. It doesn't leave skin oily or sticky after usage but it does feel a bit powdery. Yay for what is claims to be true!! About fairness, I didn't see that much difference. It does have SPF 47  and PA+++ which I think is not bad. I love love love this sunblock and I use this everyday after moisturizer and before makeup.

This is the back of the product together with what it claims to be and directions how to apply it.
Overall, I love it so much :)

Pros
not oily
smells nice
easy to blend

Cons
It doesn't whitens much

Repurchase? YES!!

Rating : 4 out of 5
